A client of mine took a pretty significant power surge on a CICS system and now it doesn't seem to power up. I checked the pop out fuse by the plug input and it is fine. Also, took the switch apart and found another Fuse (F3 I think) on the power supply circuit board (which appeared to be opened). I temporarily jumpered the fuse out but it still didn't seem to power up .. any suggestions, or is it done? I was thinking about possibly trying to find a power supply module .. but wasn't sure the cost or whether it was worth it.

When you plug it in, do any or all of the phones flash (as though they were coming up)? If they do, but ultimately do not come up (with time and date), the power may have toasted the s/w pcm/cia card. If the phones don't flash at all, the power supply is as good a place to start as any, but the damage may not end there, either.........maybe h/w and s/w got cooked........Good hunting!

Any idea where I might be able to purchase JUST the power supply modul?
