IS THERE OR IS THERE NOT A PROBLEM. IF SO WHERE IS 04 1 2 LOCATED?

Could it be in loop 4 maybe?

From what I can recall would be column 4 shelf 1 pwr sup 2 (ring generator). the alarm monitor brd does not know the loop numbers just the column.

might be right on that, i haven't had power alarms that i needed the xms monitor to locate, usually the customer knows what shelf is dead

This looks like a ring generator failure in Column 4, second shelf from bottom. The 04 relates to system monitor number which if installed correctly should align with cloumn 4. You will need to check out your ring generators.
