Power problem 1

Our system(Md 110) goes off when there is power outage and this makes REL2 to be invalid and updated information tend to revert back.My question is do we have to purchase/replace the power supply for md110 or is there any explanation for this problem

Does your system have batteries? If so, it sounds like they should be replaced.

Yes it does have batteries,does this means power supply is functioing well?

The fact that the system works when the mains power is on indicates to me that the power supply is functioning correctly.
Batteries do deteriorate with age and need to be replaced occasionally however you should check that they are charging properly and are not disconnected before you go to the expense of replacement.
