Power outage - now I can't get my avays sytem to work properly

Hi, I'm desperately hoping someone can help me. Our power went out due to Hurrican Irene for 2 weeks. My phone system, Avaya partner 18d now rings on all lines (I have a hutn group). How do I reset this? In laymans terms please..My phone guy can't get here for 2 weeks

If you just need to turn the ringing off for your phone, go to ext 10

Feature 00
Left intercom button twice
Right intercom button once
Dial your extension number
The lines will light up solid green, indicating immediate ring. Press each line 2 times to toggle to No Ring.
Once the lines are all set, press Feature and dial 00 to exit.

May have lost all programming. All lines ring on all phones by default. Did you lose your button programming? Is the date and time incorrect?

Did you have a remote backup card installed? If so, check the date of the last back up to the card and restore from there.
