Power outage caused our line 3 (DSL line) to not work

We had a power outage and I had to reset the phones. We have a Nortel: Norstar system. How do I get our #3 line back?

Best to call a tech is you do not know how to program or its passwords.
There is probably more than just that missing.
System defaults to 2 lines per set.
