Power Failure Things to check on Phone switch/Mail

Hi can anyone tell me what precautions to tak e in regards to a power failure, will it affect the mail. Anychecks routine powerfail checks I can perform. Everything was ok I check Mer mail, long distance calling.

no if the mail answers you should be in good shape, make sure the date on the switch is correct, even without display phones that can cause problems with mail. if your set up to delete msg after 30 days or whatever, if the switch time is off by a couple of years, you'll have some strange problems. i usually check my lcnt tables in load 60, t's have a habit of taking a few hits when they come out of a red alarm. if you have the correct lds in your ovly, the switch went through a midn when it came up, but if you had any rcfw set they may have went away.

Will a LD 60 tell me?

And what is the procedure to check my lcnt tables in LD 60?
