Power Down Power Supply

Gurus,
I have Windows 2000 Advanced Server cluster. Is there anyway to power down a power supply from Compaq Insight Manager tool?

I get the below error message in the event viewer and i wanted to power down the power supply in chassis 0, bay 1.

Compaq System Information Agent: Compaq Health: The Fault Tolerant Power Supply Sub-system is in a degraded state. Restore power or replace the failed power supply.
Chassis: '0'; Bay: '1'
[SNMP TRAP: 6049 in CPQHLTH.MIB]

You do not say what model server you have, but generaly speaking all you should need to do is remove the bad power supply, generally indicated by an LED of some sort, and pop in a new one.
