Trivial really but it's bugging me. Some of my slides when viewed in powerpoint as normal are off-centre even though I have clicked "fit". I cannot see any difference in the page settings for the other slides. Any ideas please?

Maybe there is some empty textboxes or other objects outside slide area, drag area in suspicious region and see if something is marked.

Do the slides show embedded Excel charts? if so check the page setup for the chart. Same probably goes for other embedded objects.

I have noticed this, and not sure when the change happened. This is at home, at work etc. . . I originally thought it happened during 2000 upgrade but I am using it at work version 97 and it started to print a little off center close to the left. Could there be an issue with a service pack or something????

Does anyone ahve a clue???

When you're on the slide in question try zooming out a bit then selecting everying (Ctrl A) and see if anything is showing up off to the sides. If there is, delete it.
