povervadm show : ERROR: Failed to initialize shared memory

Hi,

When I start the powervadm show command - I receive following error:
Volume Group : cp_log

ERROR: Failed to initialize shared memory

In the log file, you can read this:

I have enough memory and the volume is still connected. But what can I do, to see the powervadm show again.

We could boot the server and the error is gone, but the questions is still there, why I received this error although the swap and memory space aren's used.
