I am working on a IP500 V2 7.0(31) system. I have some pot's phones installed, and would like to disable the hold feature on those phones
The issue I am having, is when the user makes a call and does not clear down the first call properly, the system put the call on hold, this causes a ring back. Any idea's would be helpful.
