POTS line coming in over the T1

I have a POTS line coming in over a T1 circuit, but i'm not able to locate where the number is in the system, and to what the inbound number has changed. I've looked in the Stratus server and the AX controllers. The inbound POTS number is: 310-275-0916.

You have a number terminating on a T1, not a POTS line the 2 are very different.
SMDR logs, CCS Trace and during low traffic periods stat on the plid of the T1 are a few ways to track it down.

Sorry, worded it wrong. This is a fax line and the cable has been cut and removed so it can't be traced back to the phone room or IDF. I was hoping that it could be traced it the system somehow.
