pots analog lines noisy

i have standard pots lines from telco and customer is complaing of noises on the lines.
7.0 essential with nortel m7324 sets and t7316e
any ideas on how to clean up the noise that was not there before on the old norstar system analog lines?

Is it A combo card?? If it is most likley a fauly card (known issues.
