POTENTIALLY UNWANTED PROGRAMS

Hi,
does anyone know if and how I can modify potentially unwanted programs? I can see them in the readme.txt which comes with the DAT update, but am I really dependent on McAfee?

Rumor has it that this will be updated in version 7.5 (mid-year release). You'll have the option to select "which" potentially unwanted programs you want to block/delete/move.
