i have a customer which every day a pot phone connected to a soft console goes dead. Calls still ringing on soft console, only way to reactivate pot is to turn off phone system.

I have checked cabling,swapped phone and moved port to known good port. However problem returns.
Could problem be with database corruption or does soft console need to be upgraded
