Post XML document

Hi all,

I wanted some advice as to how i can call a web-service and post data to it using XML. The web-service is REST based.

Also, if u could explain how we can put XML data in a HTTP Post packet.

The article cleared a few concepts specially on the front end side. Since i am a J2EE guy, i was not quite sure about the way XML was handled at the server side. Could you help me on that or maybe suggest soem article where i could find some help.
