Hi guys,

Is it possible to view an offline backup of a 3300. I've heard about the .tar file containing berkeley db files but have had no success in trying to read or import them in to any application.

We don't always have remote access to our clients so it would useful to be able to look at COS/COR, feature codes etc... I know I could export forms but it could be a pain to try and export all forms on the system, unless there is an easy way to export all forms? This may be a solution instead of trying to manipulate the db files.

I'm open to suggestions.

i've been working on this system since release 3 and i recall this question being asked numerous times.

I don't know of a way yet to do this.
i usually just restore the db backup to a controller to view stuff. not ideal and a laborious task if you only one see once quick thing....
