This is using Crystal Report 10 on an Oracle ODBC.

A client requested from me a rather large report containing all sorts of data from a few different sources. To get this data I am using subreports linked to the main report on the agents' name.

The charts he wants are very simple, most are basically just agent numbers compared to a team average, but I don't know how to do this. Is it possible on a chart in a subreport linked to the main report to show a group total in addition to an individual total? The chart he wants only has 2 columns, one shows an average of how many time the agent checked his support documents, and the second column would show how this compares to the team average.

I do not know how to get it to show the team total, it always ends up showing the agent's percentage compared to itself and not to the team (because its link to that). Is it possible to do this?

The link is needed because the main report is grouped per agent.

Thank you,
Phil

Try creating a link based on team membership (not sure what the field would be), so that all team data is available per member. Also create a link based on the member, but uncheck "select data based on this field". Then you can use create two running totals for the chart, one where you specify that the member = {?pm-member} and the other where you specify that members are part of the specific team. Or maybe you could do the same thing with conditional formulas.

I am trying what you gave but still have a hard time even though I am closer now.

I can get these results :

Link: Location W Data and Agent W/out Data
Link: Location W/Out Data and Agent W/out Data
Link: Agent W/Out Data
Link: Location W Data
Link: Location W/Out Data
For these, I get correct percentages but graph shows everyone and not individual so I cannot use this.

Link: Location W Data and Agent W Data
Link: Location W/Out Data and Agent W Data
Link: Agent W Data
For these, I get expected chart but team percentage is showing agent percentage instead.

So... from what I can tell, it has to be linked by angent as otherwise I won't get the right chart, but how do I get the team percentage to appear correctly instead of showing the agent percentage, any ideas?

Thank you
Phil

Ah! Got it, I ended up only needing to link on the group containing the members and not on the location at all. I just calculated the team % manually and chart on that number as it never changes.
