Possible to run Aloha, in demo mode, on virtual machine? 2

Basically what the titles says. If so, where to get the setup files and any documentation?

that is correct. When given the option to make fileserver, hit make fileserver, add the 2 sets of numbers in bottom left and right.
usually something like 305 and 105 so password is 410.
tyoe 410 and aloha should load. As long as it does not start processing a bunch of end of days you can test. to close it, bring up Aloha manager and choose refresh data

Oh there has to be something else now.. When I run grind, it errors saying "Security key not found". Any way to get grind to work without the key?

you cant grind without a key. Its not for proiduction, grinding would be a production issue. So no reports from boh, but you can run reports from foh

That's unfortunate because my integrated solution operates off of the GND*.DBF files from grind.exe process.

It looks like I will have to get a production key at some point to do real testing outside of this production location I have access to.

It was my understanding that you could enable keyless and run grinds? Not something I've tried tbh but its worth a shot.

@AlohaRoss: I've followed this guide to a "T". However, a bunch of End of Days are popping up which is forcing a shut down and restart loop until I force close Quick Manager. What can I do to get around that? Thanks.

Set your date of business to the year 2020, then refresh. Then start FOH again. This time DOB will be so far in the future it wont want to do EOD anymore
