Possible to install WINS Manager?

I guess the subject says it all, I need to find out if it's possible to install WINS Manager (used to monitor NT/2000 servers) on a system that's running WinXP Professional. My boss just got a new system, & he's accustomed to being able to resolve IP addresses to hostnames at his desk...

Just for the record, I found the newer version of the Adminpak file that works with XP. If anyone else needs it, it can be found at the link below...
