Possible fallout of setting DNIS=YES to set IDC DNAM=YES in RDB

I was looking at being placing names on my IDC entries for DNIS sent on a PRI line from our toll-free provider. By reading the NTPs, I have to set DNAM=YES on the route, but to even get to this prompt I have to set DNIS=YES. The channels are defined as TIE trunks.

The incoming DNIS digits point to various ACD, SCR, MCR or CDP destinations. Before I make such a change, what fallout could there be on changing this to DNIS?
