I am working to lower employee theft for a client that has a chain of restaurants. For the Positouch admins: What are the most common tricks and exploits that you have seen in use in your restaurants? How do you prevent them?
For example, the most common I've seen is the old re-open, void and pocket of cash checks. What else should I be on the lookout for?
