POS System for School Organization

Good Day please help me with my problem,

I've been searching for a POS System that records the name with the payment made including the address. Because i have a school organization which collects an annual fee for them to have their Clearance Signed. its a student council organization in PH. Please help me.

Square, Venmo, or Paypal. A full blown pos is massive overkill for that kind of thing.
