Has anyone see something like this?

Six errors like this one at boot:

Failed to detect a Portmapper service running on this machine. Cannot initialize the BrightStor Service with program number 395644 ,Retry count=0.

Any idea?

This can be caused by the Domain and/or authentication services not running.

YEP.That's exactly what happens here.One of the CA Services is not running because of a failed registration with the portmapper service.
In this case we don't use the CA Portmapper but the IBM Fast MSJ for the FastT 700 Storage.
CA has a note on technet to do this.
Any one else?
