We have a customer with Clustered 3300 & vMCD Controllers and have had issues with numbers which worked fine on the ISDN but when ported to sip and routed via Direct Inward Dialling Service the number goes invalid. In one case we deleted the Key and reprogrammed and it worked but in a couple of cases (multicall 1200 and console key 1300) we have had to route the calls via a newly created number (#1200 and #1300).
Controllers are on MCD 7.3 SP1 PR1.

Any ideas?

So many things could be wrong it's hard to know where to start.

Can you see the call entering the system via maintenance CCs trace?
Is it coming in via an MBG?
Is the Trunk Attributes Table configured correctly?

Answers to those might indicate what direction to go.
