portable 5614 hang up

System mxone Version: 7.3 SP0 HF2

one of our portables hang up after 2-3 minutes

programming new device or moving device from lim 3 to lim 4 doesn:t help

any idea ?

No idea, but try to compare the sw on the dect with the system, master reset the phone or change the dect to new one.
