We are running Intuity Audix 5.1 and Definity G3rV11. When telecommuter employees log in they are hitting our audix CLAN vs the PBX CLAN. When they do, they experience high numbers of disconnected calls, softphone application (license version 5.2) freeze and inability to dial.

Is there any way for us to direct the login path to a specific CLAN IP address so they avoid hitting the audix CLAN?

Thank you for any assistance.

Yes. You need to create seperate network regions. If both Clans are in the same network region connections will load balance between the two.

On another, you will see odd issues with Clans when your port speeds don't match. Make sure that if you clan is set to 100/full that your cisco switch is set to 100/full as well. Any mismatch will = wierd things.

Understand the port speeds as we identified that issue a while ago. Avaya has told us however that the Audix CLAN has to be in the same network region or it won't communicate with the PBX. True?
