Port number of RPC over HTTP in Outlook 2003 ?

Is there any way to change the port number that is used by Outlook 2003 for RPC over HTTP ?

I've looked everywhere and did not find the option that allowed me to change the port number.

ISP blocker port 443 yesterday after finding that it had been open for 2 years by mistake....
