We have a port that is marked as m.
Clear port is not the resolution. what does the m mean?
We want to remove the board but that is not possible.
 
means that the port has been marked.

Sometimes tier 3 have to remove curruption on the system.
 
should be able to busy board, remove the board, then change cabinet and remote the board from that screen. turning tti off 1st might not be a bad idea either.
