Port 0 on MSDL card NT6D80 can be used for TTY or DCH. If you have the MSDL daughtercard NTBK51AA - port 0 is used for even loop (2,4,6,8,etc) port 1 is used for odd loop (1,3,5,7,etc) and is addressed by DiP switch settings on the DDP card NT5D12

I tried to prgramm on Port 0 and it would not take. It said it was being used? There was no connection to port 0 but I am wondering now if its being used by a Psuedo TTY or something?

port 0 can be used for either. just because nothing is plugged in does not mean that it is not programmed. print out the adan and look for it.
