popups and FF

Hi folks, I am using FF and I am constantly bothered by popunder ads. I have a powerful popup/popunder blocker already installed. Ironically in IE no popup/popunder ever gets through this software, yet in FF I am constantly getting popunders.

I did a google search and came accross this:

Anyone have any ideas if this will work? If it will, where do I add the advertisingsite name (as mentioned in the link)?

Is there a better way to stop these annoying popunders? I checked FF's exchange and I can't find any decent popup/popunder blocker.

That is not popup/popunder blocking method, is content blocking. Although usually is working well.

Was clearly stated in the article, but only in half words. If you need a more detailed description, I suggest this :

But note, that the list needs to be updated periodically to keep it efficient. With some googling you could find such updated lists, ready to download and use.

The best little addon to to firefox l have found to block popups is: NoScript

It does exactly what it says on the tin, seems to stop a lot more popups then most other popup blockers and its not even a popup blocker LOL. All you have to do is go through your most common websites and add them to be allowed. You can also temporarily allowed a website for that session as well, which is quite usefull.
