Popup window

Hi,

I want to create a popup box. When a click a certain link i need this popup box to open. Also, inside the popup box there should be a control that allows users to select a file in a particular folder. The location till the folder will be specified. The user only has to choose the file. Can someone give me ideas as to how to start with this?..Thx

In a FORM you may use something like this:
<INPUT TYPE="file" NAME="oFile1"/>
