Popup Window with Client Info

I have a client who wants a system that when a caller calls in the system recognizes the CLID and pops up a window that has all the clients info.

Any such thing with UCX or similar?

Screen pops are possible on the UCx but it is a custom application and would require professional services from emetrotel. They've done it for other clients. They need to know what system they have to interface to so they can write the appropriate code.

This also requires the optional purchase of the TAPI Service Provider license.

Well I meant its own program, like personal call manager or address book.

Is there any programs that it will interface that does not require the professional? like Outlook?
