Populating Name Field

Simple question from a relative newbee to the MD. In extn mgr (12.1) I would like to add the names of agents that correspond to ADN's. Where is the name field populated from?

Any help gratefully received

You mean the name fields NAME1 and NAME2 in EMG?

No, sorry if I didn't make myself clear. The field I would like to populate is just call 'Name', not 'Name1' or 'Name2'.

Probably you mean the Name field in the System Information window.

That name comes from dirdb database (directory manager/dna application).

It is possible in MD/DNA to have different name for directory manager then for extension (emg).

Are you asking for:

a) The name to appear in Directory Manager (Used by the OWS consoles - Switchboard).

b) On the the diplay of the actual handset (Digital).

or

c) In the name search feature that is also available via softkey on the Digital Handsets
