Populating Combo Boxes

Please help! I want to populate a combo box drop down with a list of entries that are created from the data I have entered into previous fields. This is just like the 'File As:' option in outlook. where do I start.

When you create the combobox, it should prompt you for an option to populate from a table and then after selected it will display all fields in the table of which you can select the ones you want.
