I wonder if anyone can help please
I have a form based on a table which has one field and which contains 3 days of the week, mon, wed, and thurs. I refer to these dates from a list in a main form. I have to manually enter the dates in advance which is a bit time consuming and I wondered if there was any way to populate the list automatically for say six months in advance. ?
thanks and rgds

You could go in Excel and use its Fill down feature
Put in a date which is the Monday you want to start
Put 10/30/06 in cell A1
Then highlight Cell A1 and down 24 more cells
Next click "Edit" menu then "Fill" then "Series"
Key in 7 for Step Value

Do this for Wed and Thur

If you start with Wed in the next Cell say A25 and fill down 24 more rows and Thurs day after that, all the dates will be on one column
Next you can copy and paste all those in your Access table as follows
Highlight them all in Excel, Press Ctrl-C
Open your Access table
Click on the new record * thingy on the left to highlight the whole column
Press Ctrl-V and it should paste all those dates in
