Populate a subform using a list box

I would appreciate any help at all on this.

I have a multi select list box that lists categories. In each category there are multiple classes.

I want to be able to populate the subform based on what is selected in the category section. Then based on the categories selected I want it to add all of the classes in that category to the subform.
