Is there a way to have the Server automatically do a send and recive on the different User accounts. The reason why im asking is I want everyone to be able to go to one spot for all internal and External E-mail. our domain name is hosted by anouther co.

thank you in advance,
Jason

Why dont you just bring all email into your Exchange server?

Aside from that, if you are running SBS2000, install and configure the POP connector for Exchange. If you are running straight Exchange 2000, you can purchase and install a spam/pop connector, GFI Mail Essentials, that will pop your pop accounts.

I would like to just bring all E-mail into our server, But they only have one server here and ive been trying to talk them into another server for this but looks like money is tight or they just dont want to do it. It sounds like they want to keep our current hosting co. Thanks for the response. Is this Spam/Pop Connector made by microsoft?

Thank you again
Jason

The POP connecter is made by GFI Mail Essentials

the package does a lot of things, including POP3 mail downloading.

Also check out this resource from SlipStick systems.

Sue Mosher has a great list of utilities and connectors to download pop mail to an exchange server.

Good Luck.
