POP3 Virtual Server Won't Start a bootup

Hi there--

New Exchange 2003 Enterprise.

Installed on Server 2003 Enterprise.

POP3 Won't start on boot.

The service starts, but the virtual server does not.

Any ideas?

Nothing in the error log.

I too have this same problem; I have been trying for months to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
