Just had exchange 2003 and sm bus 2003 installed on server
recently. We are collecting email from our demon mail server.
When an external email is solely address to 1 user then the email is sent to that users inbox once
If on the other hand the email is sent to 1 user and CC to colleagues in his group then the same message is duplicated several times in his inbox and his colleagues.
Apparently the problem is with Demon, as they split the email down into recipients as appose to leaving email to domain and leaving the distribution to the exchange server.
Would there be a way to rectify this problem locally or is there something demon (email provider) can do. This problem is global with company, which is causing a lot of confusion.
