I have Windows Vista Ultimate installed 32bit. I have my network up and running and my internet connection is working properly with browsing and downloading files and such. However, i have set up Mozilla thunderbird for downloading my emails which works great for sending and receiving my emails but if they are more they just a word document anything with an attachment greater than 50kbs it downloads half the message and just hangs there. Can anybody tell me why it's doing that!!! When i connect to dial up connection it works.
I am using the say internet/network connection on Windows XP system and it works perfectly so it cannot be my router or internet connection i figure.
Please help me out
thanks

Is your version of Mozilla the latest available and compatible with Vista?

Are you seeing any errors in the Event Viewer?

Yes I have downloaded the latest version for Vista. I am not sure where/what the event viewer is

The Event Viewer is the log of the overall health of your PC. It is the number one place to start and aid in troubleshooting.

The easiest thing for you to do is to type "Event Viewer" in the Help and Support program.
