Pop Up Windows dont open

I am not sure what happened to my browser (IE 6.0 Windows XP) but every time I visit a site that loads a popup window on open, or launces a new window after clicking a link...the new window will popup but just stays blank. I would really appreciate any suggestions that you might have.

I have the same problem and it is discussed at length in thread608-132319 . I have not yet found a suitable solution.

The others are correct, I've also heard it happens with Popup Killer.
