Pop-up Window Problem

How do I create a borderless pop-up window like the "join tek tips" on this image,

Adding a behavior to the larger image (when clicking on a smaller image on the web page) with a "Go to URL" or "Open Browser Window" frames the window in IE, which I do not want. Even if I set the "Open Browser Window" to frame the image minimally, I want a plain image with no IE window surround.

then use a layer

You cant open a WINDOW without it being a new WINDOW

With all of the popup blockers now in use, you might want to avoid their use in a public site. Show/Hide layers is an elegant alternative.
