Pop-up message if Word document has changed? 1

Hi, I have the following case:

Different people are using the same Word document on a server. If person X changes or adds something in the document, is it possible when person Y opens the file he gets a message of what has been added/changed?

um.... they are called track changes. No pop-up, but you get funky colors. (Tools menu)
