Pop-up help Dreamweaver 3.0

I need to know how to get a new window to pop up if someone clicks a link out of my site... ex. intra site links are ok for me...like page to page, but inter site is bad....like from my page to a business' page is bad...I want the business' page to open in a new browser window in DW 3.0...Thanks in advance ! "Properties Box" of your link,to the right of the Link input, there is the Target box, select target=_blank.
