Ok so i am running exchange 2003 on SBS 2003 and i seem to have contracted a virus a couple of days ago... Im seeing my mail ques in ESM fill up with random email.

As a result of all this 3 of my office POP users cannot access the server to get their email, they keep getting prompted to enter username and password.. What the hell?!?!? ive switched them to web access but at that one of the users still cant send/recieve, and only mail shes recieving was junk mail..
First question, how do i go about tracking down this virus if norton is not finding it?

Second, how do i get the user back online with mail flow??
