I have set up four data-modules which when bundled provide the 512 connection. I can make outbound calls and connect fione to remote sites but when receiving inbound calls the Polyspan video conference unit recognises an inbound call, prompts if it is to be answered but I sleect yes it continues to ring without ever answering.

Polyspan wont answer calls

In the polyspan ISDN/CLI setup screen make sure that the number dialed to access the system is the first entry then add the second and third data module extn numbers after the order doesn't matter. If you don't have the correct number programmed on the polyspan the unit will not pick up the call.
