Hi Guys

I just purchased 5 brand new Ploycom SoundStation 2W. This conference phones are connected to analog lines type 500. In middle of a call, the phone itself dial the 0 (receptionist). and this happened only when calling an oustide number like 1 888 number. Polycom couldn't figure out the problem!
Any idea appreciated.

Is this one or all 5 of the phones? Is it every call and is there a specific time this occurs, ie exactly 2 minutes into the call it transfers to the receptionist? Is it random timing? Are you seeing any errors on your voice circuits?

Yes on all 5 of them, no specific time and no error. like this afternoon, 1 phone keep dial the 0 almost every 5min.
I forgot to mention that I have an IP infrastructure running on CS1000 and usually the people who uses this phones are carrying with them the wlan avaya 6140 set. I don't if it create any interference.

What happens if you put a regular analog phone on the line, does that do the same thing?

No solution unfortunately. Just Interesting.

It does sound like it's related to hook-switch flash though.
Do your TNs have CLS XFR by any chance?
You want XFA and C6A in the CLS.

Hi ,
I have added CLS XFA C6A and now the phone instead of calling the receptionist it just beep fo 10sec and connects back. any idea ?
