Hi,

I have set up a polycom SoundStation 2 conf. phone and interconnected to my IPO as an analogue extension.

My prob is that I cannot dial 2 parties from the polycom. When I put one call on hold I get a busy tone. I am able to dial 2 parties if I connect the analogue trunk line from the TSP directly tot he phone without the IPO.

Pls advice what setting I need to modify for it to see the second line?

Tx.

How? Rem the polycom conf phone is an analogue phone.

When I do exactly that without the IPO (analogue trunk direct to polycom phone) it works well. When I do the same thru IPO it does not work

here is what you do. dial your first party. hit the conference key. dial another party hit conference key. after you have dialed all your parties press conference to get dial tone and dial *47. thats the default code. it should work unless it has been changed.

the conference key is the same as a hookflash or recall key on analogue telephones, used to put a call on hold and get internal dial tone from system.

Thanks Kwing.
It worked!
the default shortcode was not there but i added it and it works great!
