Hi, everybody!
I am having an issue with a Polycom SoundStation IP 7000 that is registered to an Avaya Aura Session Manager 8.1. It is capable of making or receiving calls without a problem but, if I start a call from this Polycom to another station, and I decide to hang before having an answer, the call keeps ringing at the destination even when the Polycom has released the attempt. After some 60 seconds ringing at the destination, finally it is released.
Any idea of what could I be missing?
