Nope, the only Polycom IP that works is the 4690. It's the only Avaya branded Polycom that I've ever got to work. It's a little expensive, but it's a sweet phone.
I have a SIP server that was installed a week ago during our upgrade from 9.5 to CM 5.2, but I have yet to learn its capabilities. I have so~ much to learn that I am seriously considering taking some Medak courses even if my boss won't pay for it. (I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate this forum in the meantime.)
